Additional Information and some Guidelines
Quilt Booking Information
I’m typically booked 2 months out. Please plan accordingly, as I do not offer rush services, even for an extra fee. If you’d like to add your quilt to the waitlist, please contact Margaret via call, email, or text. Before adding, ensure your quilt is finished or nearly finished.
Please Note: There are specific quilt types I cannot accommodate:
- T-Shirt Quilts
- Quilts with multiple layers of fusible applique
- Panel quilts requiring custom quilting
- "Art" Quilts left open to my interpretation
- Quilts better suited for hand guiding
- Quilts mainly composed of fusible applique with raw edges that haven't been sewn down

- Thread (small upcharge for King Tut)
- Square backing, if needed
- Steaming, to remove all wrinkles and creases from quilt & backing

What you provide
- Quilt Top
- Backing (do not hesitate to ask Margaret how much fabric you'll need)
- Batting (do not hesitate to ask Margaret for her recommendations) Please note: Mountain Magic sells the highest quality batting from Quilters Dream and Hobbs. Please inquire.
Quilt Top, Batting and Backing should be in three separate pieces; do not pin or baste
